Will the free plugin stay free?
Yes. Every content check, whole-page review, site fixes, the editor sidebar, the Elementor panel, guided manual checks, AI suggestions and the site reports are free with no limits and need no license. Pro adds checks of many pages on a schedule, monitoring and client tools on top.
Which plan do I need?
Personal covers 1 site with every Pro feature except white-label reports, the Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT), the agency portfolio and the multisite tools. Freelancer adds white-label reports and the conformance report, for 5 sites. Agency adds the portfolio dashboard, the multisite network overview and one license for a whole multisite network, for 25 sites. Unlimited has everything, with no site limit.
What happens when a license expires?
Pro keeps working on every site where it is already active, including client sites, with every feature of your plan. Updates, support and activating new sites pause until you renew. A license that is refunded or disabled switches Pro off.
Is Pro a separate plugin?
Yes — Lumtera Pro is an add-on. Keep the free plugin installed and activate Pro alongside it; your settings and results carry over.
Will Lumtera slow my site down?
No. No checks run for visitors; the only front-end output is from site fixes you choose to turn on, which add a little HTML and CSS on the server. Checks run in the editor, the admin and Review mode, bulk scans run in small batches, and scheduled checks run in the background.
Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database. Lumtera has no external service: even the agency portfolio connects your sites directly to each other.
Does Pro make my site compliant?
No tool can. Pro covers more — many pages and templates on a schedule, PDFs, regressions — and helps you track and document the fixes. Its reports show exactly which WCAG criteria still need a person to check.
Do renewals cost the same?
Yes, renewals keep your price. Licenses are billed yearly in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Lumtera Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
