Accessibility statement

Accessibility of the Lumtera website

We build an accessibility checker, so these pages should meet the standard we help others meet. This statement covers the Lumtera pages on this site: the home page, features, checks, guides, comparisons, pricing and the pages under them.

Last reviewed September 28, 2026.

Conformance status

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We believe these pages are partially conformant: we have tested them carefully and fixed what we found, but they have not been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and automated tools cannot confirm every criterion. "Partially conformant" is the honest word until an audit says otherwise.

What we do

  • Every page is checked with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 A and AA and best practices before release, in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, at desktop and phone width and at 200% zoom.
  • Every control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring, a skip link and no keyboard traps. Menus and the price switch follow the WAI-ARIA patterns.
  • Text meets 4.5:1 contrast, targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels, pages reflow on phone-width screens and at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling, and motion respects your reduced-motion setting.
  • No overlay, no widget and no third-party script on these pages: what you see is the page itself. The one exception is YouTube's video player, which loads only when you press play on a video.
  • Videos never play on their own. Captions are on when they start, and the narration describes what is on screen.
  • Screenshots have text descriptions, and tables have headers and captions.

Known limitations

  • Screenshots of the product show small interface text inside images. The important content of each screenshot is in its text description, but details in the image are not.
  • The sample PDFs were printed as tagged PDFs with a title and language, but their reading order has not been checked by hand.
  • The video player itself is YouTube's, and its controls are outside our control. Everything the videos show is also described in text on the page they appear on.
  • Pages we link to on other sites — the store checkout, the documentation and the sources we cite — are outside this statement.
  • We have not yet tested every page with every screen reader. Please tell us if something does not work with the tools you use.

Report a barrier

If something on these pages is hard to use, contact us. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply and fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we can. If you need information from a page in another format, ask and we will send it.

Technical details

These pages use HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript that is not needed to read them or to buy: without it, the menu, the price switch and every link still work. They are designed for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, with the assistive technology built into each operating system.
