Multisite network overview
Every site in a WordPress network on one Network Admin screen, with its score, errors and coverage.
Included in the Agency and Unlimited plans.
Overview
On a WordPress multisite network, Lumtera Pro adds an Accessibility menu to Network Admin. Its screen, Accessibility across the network, lists the sites in the network with each one's Score, Errors, Needs review and Checked coverage, such as 48 of 52. Archived, deleted and spam sites are left out, and a Search sites box finds a site by its address.
The numbers come from each site's own stored results, so opening the screen does not scan anything. Sites with errors come first, then the lowest scores, and sites that have not been checked yet come last. Each row has an Open overview link to that site's Lumtera screen, where its editors can run a scan or work through the issues. Sites where Lumtera is not active say so.
When Lumtera Pro is network-activated, the license is entered once under Network Admin → Accessibility → License. It covers every site in the network with a single activation for the network's address. A network license needs the Agency or Unlimited plan: a lower-plan key is refused for network activation. If Pro is active only on the main site, activate the license there under Accessibility → Settings → License instead. Either way, individual sites do not need a license of their own to appear on the overview.
Why it matters
Universities, councils and franchise networks run hundreds of sites on one multisite install. Network administrators need to see which sites need help without visiting each dashboard.

- The overview only covers sites in the same network. For client sites on separate WordPress installs, use the agency portfolio.
- Where scanning happens
- Each site checks its own content with the free plugin, which can be network-activated or activated site by site. A site that has never been scanned shows Not checked yet and sits at the bottom of the list.

Does the free plugin support multisite?
Yes. Every site in a network can use free Lumtera; the network overview screen is the Pro addition.
Does every site need its own Pro license?
No. When Lumtera Pro is network-activated, one Agency or Unlimited license covers the whole network with a single activation. Personal and Freelancer keys cannot be network licenses; activate them on each site instead.
Can site administrators see the network overview?
No. It lives in Network Admin and needs a network administrator. Site administrators keep their own site's Lumtera screens.
Can I see the overview without network-activating Lumtera Pro?
Yes, if Pro is active on the main site with an Agency or Unlimited license. The Network Admin screen then uses the main site's license. Network activation is only needed if you want one license entered once for the whole network.
