White-label reports
Remove the Lumtera credit so client reports carry only your brand.
Included in the Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited plans.
Overview
White-label is one option in Accessibility → Settings → Branding: Hide the "Generated with Lumtera" credit (white-label). The checkbox appears when the active license is on the Freelancer, Agency or Unlimited plan. On the Personal plan, the same place says which plan includes it and links to your account to upgrade. Tick the box, press Save, and every report you create from then on leaves the credit out.
With the credit hidden, the report footer shows only your own footer text, or your agency name when that is empty. The cover shows your logo or agency name, Prepared by, and your contact email. Nothing else in the report names Lumtera, and the downloaded HTML file is named after the client and the date. The Your branding card on the Reports screen shows Lumtera credit: Hidden (white-label) or Shown, so you can confirm it before creating a report.
The setting is copied into each report at the moment it is created. Reports made while the credit was hidden stay white-label. If the license later moves to a plan without white-label, new reports show the credit again, even if the box was left ticked. Existing reports are not touched.
Why it matters
When accessibility is part of your service, the report is your deliverable. A third-party credit in the footer invites the wrong question.
What you get
- Hide the Lumtera credit on every client report.
- Combine with your logo, colors and footer text.
- Included in the Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited plans.
How it works
-
Activate a Freelancer license or higher
The white-label option unlocks in the report branding settings.
-
Hide the credit
Every new report carries only your brand.
Who it helps
-
Freelancers
Deliver the accessibility report as your own work, under your name, alongside your other services.
-
Agencies with care plans
Monthly reports carry only the agency brand, like the rest of the documents your clients receive from you.
-
Consultants
Put your manual findings and next steps in the Note for the client, and send the automated report under your brand only.
Good to know
How it behaves, what it needs, and where its limits are.
- Plans and access
- Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited. A license key without a plan is treated as Personal and cannot hide the credit. Branding settings, white-label included, can only be changed by an administrator.
- Reports only
- White-label covers client reports. The WordPress admin screens, the alert and summary emails, which end with Sent by Lumtera Pro, and the plugin list still name Lumtera.
- Expired licenses
- An expired license keeps Pro features working on the sites where it was active, white-label included. Only updates and support pause.
- Set per site
- Branding and the white-label option are saved on each site where you create reports. With a Freelancer license on five sites, set them on every site you report from.
- Readable in any brand color
- Text on your accent color switches between black and white, and accent-colored text on white is darkened until it reaches 4.5:1. A white-label report stays readable whatever color you choose.
Questions
Something else on your mind? Contact support
Is white-label in the Personal plan?
No. Personal includes branded reports with a small Lumtera credit; Freelancer and above can remove it.
Can I rename the plugin in the WordPress admin?
No. White-label applies to the reports your clients see, not to the admin screens.
Do reports I already sent change if I untick the box?
No. Each report keeps the branding it was created with, including whether the credit was hidden.
What does my client see on a white-label report?
Your logo or agency name on the cover, Prepared by with your agency name and the person who created the report, your contact email, and your footer text on every page. The Website field in the branding settings is not printed on the report.
