Site-wide report and bulk scan
Scan every post, page and product, then see the average score, errors, items to review, coverage and the most common issues across the site.
Overview
The Overview screen, under Accessibility → Overview, is where you check the whole site at once. Click Scan all content and Lumtera works through every item of the content types you enabled, whether published, draft, pending, private or scheduled. A progress bar shows how many items are done. Keep the tab open while it runs, or click Stop to end after the current batch.
Once content is checked, the Overview shows four cards: Average automated score, Errors with the number of items that have them, Needs review, and Coverage, the items checked out of the total. Below them, Most common issues lists the eight checks with the most findings, and Needs attention lists the items with the most errors. Later, a Check new items button scans only what has not been checked yet.
The Content report, under Accessibility → Content, lists every item, 20 per page. Search by title and filter by status (With errors, Without errors, Not checked yet), type, issue and severity. Each row shows errors, items to review, tips and the score. Issues opens the findings inline, and Re-check scans that one item again.
Why it matters
Checking one post at a time tells you nothing about the site. Before you can plan the work — or answer a client asking "how accessible are we?" — you need every page scanned and the results in one place.

The Accessibility column in Posts, Pages and other lists shows each item's status and score next to the titles people already work with, and sorts by score.

How it behaves, what it needs, and where its limits are.
- How the batches work
- Each request checks up to 50 items and stops early after about two seconds, which keeps it inside the time limits of shared hosting. Nothing is sent to an outside service.
- Who can see it
- The Overview, Content report, dashboard widget and the menu count need the edit_others_posts capability by default, which editors and administrators have. Developers can change this with the lumtera_capability filter.
- Staying up to date
- With "Check content on save" on, which is the default, every save updates that item's results. Changes to check settings apply from the next check, so re-scan to refresh older results.
- How the score works
- An item with no errors and no review items scores 100. Errors lower the score much more than review items, tips do not count, and the score never reaches 0. The site figure is the average of checked items.
- Content, not the theme
- The report covers post content, including blocks, shortcodes, WooCommerce product descriptions and short descriptions, and Elementor layouts. Your theme's header, menus and footer are checked one page at a time by the Whole page tab in Review mode, and across key pages by Lumtera Pro's page checks.

Is bulk scanning really free?
Yes. Bulk scanning, custom post types, the admin column, the dashboard widget and the site report are all in the free plugin, with no limits.
What does the score mean?
It reflects automated findings only. A score of 100 means "no automated issues found", never "compliant" — automated tools find only part of the barriers people meet.
Can I export the report?
In the free plugin, use WP-CLI: wp lumtera issues --format=csv exports every open finding. The Content report shows this command as a reminder. CSV export from the screen is part of Lumtera Pro.
What does the dashboard widget show?
The average score, errors and items needing review, the three items with the most errors, and how many items have been checked. You can hide it from Screen Options like any other dashboard widget.
Are drafts included?
Yes. Published, draft, pending, private and scheduled items are counted and checked. Trashed items and auto-drafts are not.
