Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5)
A WCAG 2.2 A and AA conformance report in the VPAT 2.5 layout, filled in from your automated and manual check results, ready to review and export.

Overview
The conformance report opens from Accessibility → Reports, where the Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5) card has an Open conformance report button. It drafts an Accessibility Conformance Report in the layout of the VPAT 2.5 WCAG edition, with one row for each of the 55 WCAG 2.2 level A and AA success criteria, filled in from the results already stored on your site. There is one report per site, and it always reflects your current results.
Each row gets a conformance level from the evidence. A definite failure, meaning an automated error or a failed manual check, makes it Partially Supports when some checked pages are clean, and Does Not Support when every page checked failed. Supports needs a passed manual check and no failures. Not Applicable needs manual checks that found the criterion does not apply, with nothing automated left to review. Everything else, including criteria where automated checks found nothing, stays Not Evaluated, and the Remarks and explanations column says why.
Product information sets the Name of product, Version, Product description, Contact information, Evaluated by, Other evaluation methods and Notes, starting from your site name and branding. In Table 1 and Table 2, each row's Conformance level starts on Automatic and can be set by hand, and the remarks can be rewritten; changed rows are marked Edited. Click Save report, then View and print, Download HTML or Download CSV.
Why it matters
Public-sector buyers and larger clients ask for an Accessibility Conformance Report before they sign. Writing one by hand from scattered test notes takes days, and a report that claims more than the evidence shows is a liability.
What you get

- Plans and access
- Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited plans. On Personal, the card on the Reports screen says which plan includes it. Opening and editing the report needs the See reports and check the site permission, which editors and administrators have by default.
- Where the evidence comes from
- Stored scans of published content, live page checks of public pages, which cover theme-level criteria, and guided manual checks recorded on published content. Drafts and private posts do not count, and live checks of pages that are unpublished or password-protected are left out.
- A person must review it
- Lumtera cannot decide conformance. One passed manual check with no failures anywhere is enough for Supports, so test the pages that represent the site, and have someone who knows it read every row before the report is shared.
- What the report contains
- A cover, product information, the evaluation methods used with how many pages each covered, the standards included, the terms, a summary count, Tables 1 and 2, a Table 3 note that level AAA was not evaluated, and an About this report section saying it is not a certification or a legal guarantee. Revised Section 508 and EN 301 549 tables are not included.
- Branding and export
- The report uses your branding accent color, logo and footer, and ends with a Lumtera credit unless white-label is on. The report date is the day you view or export it. Save as PDF in Chrome or Edge gives a tagged PDF, and the CSV has one row per criterion.

Is it a certification?
No. An ACR documents how the site conformed as it was evaluated. Lumtera never marks a criterion as supported without a passed manual check.
Which plans include it?
Freelancer, Agency and Unlimited. Personal includes branded client reports, but not the conformance report.
Why are so many rows Not Evaluated?
Because clean automated results cannot prove conformance. The VPAT reserves Not Evaluated for level AAA, so before you call the report complete, record manual checks, test those criteria another way, or set the level yourself with an explanation.
Does the report change after I fix things?
Yes. Automatic levels and remarks follow your current results each time you open or export the report. Levels and remarks you set by hand stay as you left them; choose Automatic or clear the remark to follow the data again.
