Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a MantraBrain product is not right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days.

The short version

  • Full refund within 14 days of buying or renewing a WordPress plugin or theme. No need to give a reason.
  • Nivorly, our Mac app, has a 7-day guarantee, described on nivorly.com.
  • Email us with your order number, or use the contact form.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
  • After a refund, the license is deactivated. Software you installed keeps working under the GPL, without updates or support.

Our 14-day guarantee

Every paid MantraBrain WordPress product, including Sikshya LMS Pro, Yatra Pro, Ultimate Watermark Pro, Lumtera Pro, Easy Invoice Pro and our Pro themes and add-ons, comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Nivorly, our Mac app, has its own 7-day guarantee: if it does not do what nivorly.com says on your Mac, write within 7 days of purchase and, once support has had a chance to help, you get your money back. See Nivorly pricing.

If you ask within 14 days of the order date, we refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason, although we are grateful if you tell us what did not work, and often we can fix it.

Renewals

The same 14-day window applies to yearly renewals, counted from the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel automatic renewal, just ask within that window.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email mantrabrain@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or use our contact form.
  2. Include your order number (it is in your receipt email and your account).
  3. We confirm by email, usually within two business days.

If your order was processed by FastSpring, you may also request the refund through FastSpring’s order support; either way works.

When you get your money

We refund to the original payment method. Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; we cannot cover changes in exchange rates or fees your bank charges.

What happens after a refund

The license key is deactivated, so the product stops receiving updates and you lose access to support and new downloads for that order. Because our products are GPL-licensed, the copy you installed does not stop working, but please remove it if you no longer want it.

When we cannot refund

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the order or renewal date.
  • Custom development, installation or other services that have already been delivered.
  • Orders where we see clear abuse of the guarantee, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same product, or a refund requested after the license was shared publicly.

If a chargeback is opened while we are handling your request, we may stop the refund and let the payment provider decide. Please contact us first; it is faster.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live. EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases; you agree when you download a product or activate its license that this service starts straight away, but our guarantee still gives you the full 14 days.
