Hello, Can you please let us know your website URL? So that we can check it properly. We haven’t updated the theme after Aug 16, 2020. There might be a different issue.

Mantrabrain rolled Agency ECommerce (Premium) yesterday to version 2.0.13 and all files were updated on the server, even those with no changes. You added no notes to the version change so we couldn’t figure out what exactly was done.

I managed to roll it back on the couple affected files. These are ones which we couldn’t put all changes in the child theme because they aren’t in pluggable functions.

Please put notes up about what files are being affected before you send an update.

Did you fix the issue already? If you change anything on the parent theme, it’ll lose on update. You need to write your code on a child theme. You can get a changelog on readme.txt & changelog.txt ( latest changelog on readme.txt and other on changelog.txt). You can check there.

That is a very UNHELPFUL reply to someone who has a PURCHASED theme.
YOU DID NOT UPDATE THE CHANGELOG.
Obviously, we’ll not be paying for any more support on the theme, since you’re not willing to read a query in a support forum.
